Good and comfortable chair, a great value for the price

I purchased the beAAtho Verona Mesh High Back Ergonomic Chair and overall my experience has been good. The chair looks stylish, the mesh back is comfortable for long working hours, and the build quality feels decent for the price. The assembly process was straightforward. However, during installation I noticed that one of the screws for the headrest was incorrect and could not be tightened properly. Because of this, I initially could not fix the neck support. I contacted the seller through WhatsApp support and they responded politely and quickly. They arranged a replacement screw and shipped it through courier. After receiving the replacement screws, I was able to install the headrest properly and the issue was resolved. I appreciate the seller's prompt response and helpful customer service. The chair is comfortable for daily use and good for home office work. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the wrong screw was included in the original package. Otherwise the product and support experience have been good. Overall, I recommend this chair for people looking for a comfortable and affordable ergonomic office chair.

I recently bought the Four Star Beaatho Veronica Chair and I’m happy with the purchase. The chair looks stylish and gives a premium feel at this price range. The material quality is good and the frame feels sturdy. The seat cushioning is comfortable for long study or work sessions. The back support is decent and helps maintain posture. Assembly was easy and all the required parts were included in the box. The only small issue is that the cushioning could have been slightly thicker, but overall it’s a great value-for-money product. Would recommend it for students and home office use. But it starts having a little creaking sound after some time the size is perfect also
