Its very effective. Relaxes and very good after gym.

So, I think a lot of people try supplements expecting a night and day difference, which just isn't going to happen outside of actual steroids (If you think shrunken testicles, roid belly, anger management issues and a tren tan are worth it for bigger muscles)... but taking these a couple of hours before a workout I do notice a slightly more intense pump and feel like I recover a little faster between sets. As the title says, the effect is marginal, I feel like I recover about 5% faster rather than 50% faster, and get a slightly better pump... but it is noticeable. The science behind l-cittruline is proven, although whether it actually results in better muscle gain is still up in the air. The way I see it, if it makes you feel better about your workout and you feel like you're getting a benefit, it's worth the expense, and given that these a relatively inexpensive they'll be going in my normal supplement routine along with my protein powder and creatine.

As with so many supplements the headline 3000mg per serving requires you to take 4 capsules at a time. So that's 750mg per capsule. Why oh why can't these supplement manufacturers be honest and transparent?

I experience slightly improved pumps and reduced early fatigue during longer or more intense sessions, particularly when training legs or doing higher volume work. This aligns with what most users report rather than delivering an exaggerated boost. The dosage is clearly achievable, though it does require multiple capsules per serving, which may not suit everyone. Overall, the quality, formulation, and value are solid, making it a sensible addition rather than a miracle supplement.

Ich nehme 3x täglich eine Kapsel à 750mg (also eine Kapsel weniger, als die Höchstdosis) und die Wirkung ist unglaublich. Beim zügigen Treppensteigen komme ich nicht aus der Puste, beim Krafttraining schaffe ich mehr Wiederholungen bzw. mehr Gewicht, und sämtliche Gelenke fühlen sich irgendwie "geschmeidig" an, als würde ich mich mehrmals pro Tag dehnen und mobilisieren. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Numerosi studi dimostrano la validità della citrullina ( che si estrae da cocomeri e meloni) nel trasformarsi in arginina aminoacido non essenziale che produce un gas , l’ossido nitrico, atto a dilatare le arterie producendo maggior afflusso di sangue ed ossigeno ai tessuti. Utile nell’ipertensione, nel pump sportivo e per migliorare le condizioni di difficoltà nell’erezione maschile. Posso parlare per esperienza personale: soffrivo di ipertensione sistolica normale elevata ( 130-135) ma, da quando utilizzo questo prodotto ( circa 3 mesi) i valori si aggirano intorno ai 120-125. Un risultato importante. Tuttavia, prima dii assumere integratoti, e’ obbligatorio consigliarsi col proprio medico di fiducia. Le capsule sono facilmente deglutibili ed inodore.
