I was impressed as soon as I opened the box. Assembly was extremely easy and only took me about a half hour. The battery had a charge when I got it so I took it out to see how well it will perform. I chose the steepest longest hills to climb, I rode for about 12 miles of serious climbs and the bike was a blast. I would prefer a better tire but so far this is my only complaint. I wanted a bike that if the battery dies and I am far from home I can still ride with ease. This is it!

This bike is very nice, easy to ride very good price . I really liked it when I finished putting it together and it was fully charged and I rode it. The ride is very smooth and it is very well built. I liked it so much I bought another one for my wife.

The battery life is really good and lasts a long distance. The performance on this bike is perfect with the acceleration. Aldo the bike looks really good and I got the color I wanted. And lastly the stability is also really good. This bike is a really good option .

I like this item because it is very good affordable ebike it is 48 volts and 10.4 ah which is pretty good. The bike feels nice to ride and the assembly is good as long as you use the video. I would recommend to anyone else who is looking for a bike like this.

The bike was easy to put together and works perfectly. The battery indicator doesn't work on one of the bikes. The only way to know the charge is to turn the bike on and use it's display. No response from tech support.

Here are my first reactions to the bike. Putting it together, was not very hard, but ensuring everything work properly was very difficult and demanding. The guard that protects the derailer in the back was not allowing the gears to shift all the way down. It took me a bit to realize this was the problem, versus poor regulation of the gears. I had to remove the protection completely, and bend it outwards so the gears are able to shift. Again, this was not an easy task. In addition, the rear tire was slightly loose on the other side, so I had to add a washer for it to be secured. All in all, a handy person could make it work, but I don’t think the average person would be able to. The alternative was taking it apart and returning it, which was a big hassle. I am not sure I would recommend the bike. I will post an update if appropriate, but so far, my impression is the average person would not be able to use it properly. Lastly, adjusting the breaks took some effort too. They are not perfectly straight and adjusting them was not that easy.

Just received it today! Shipping was faster than expected. The ride was extremely smooth. Haven't put a bike together in 20 years but this was simply enough! Love it.

This is a great bike. It is sturdy and gets me to work and back on a single charge. I was a little afraid of riding an electric bike but it was easy to figure out and the only danger are the cars that do not pay attention to bikes. It was a good value for the money and saves me a lot of Uber or bus costs. All it costs is the little bit of electricity to charge it up. It is a great deal.
