I am extremely satisfied with this centrifuge. Despite being compatible with 6x15 ml tubes, it has a compact and stylish design. It is incredibly easy to use and operates almost silently. The use of a brushless motor enhances durability and completely eliminates maintenance costs. The seller’s customer service was outstanding as well. Been using for PRF preparation for a few months. 900rpmx7 mins looks like the best result with my tubes. Works great. Easy to use. No complaints. Just what I needed.

I bought this centerfuge for my mobile phlebotomy bussines and it's great. It's small, quiet, and can centerfuge different size of tubes. I had an issue with the power adapter. It broke from the back input and I contact customer service about it. The machine still works perfectly and I just needed a replacement for the adapter. They got back to me and they are replacing the power adaptor that broke! I was worry that I would have to buy a new machine. However, thanks to their great customer service I will be able to continue using the machine because it's stills works great!
