This recliner is fantastic, it does everything that it says. Ideal for me, as I'm disabled. Very good price for what you get. So much incorporated into the chair giving easy access to items you may use daily. My husband loves it too, so will be ordering another one. Easy to assemble only needing one person. I would like to mention the courier DPD. Their service was wonderful, chair arrived early and a text was sent to let me know.

We purchased your recliner chair for an elderly relative who has mobility issues. She is very pleased with the product especially the massage functions. The chair works really well for her needs and has enabled her to be more independent and comfortable in her home. We were pleased with the product and as soon as the product became available we purchased a second chair for her partner who often visits and stays with her. He too is very pleased with the chair and helps him relax whilst watching sports!. Thanks again.

You get what you pay for! It's comfy enough right now (a few months in) but I can already feel the 'massage' modules through the padding a lot more than when it first arrived so I imagine this will need restuffing regularly. The function of rising and reclining is slow but adequate - there's a few pinch points for pillows etc. that will no doubt put strain on the motors - the chair has also developed some interesting squeeks and creaks. It's not great quality but it's a fraction of the cost of any similar chairs available in mobility specialist stores so in context I think these type of issues are acceptable given the price point. I'll likely end up just buying a memory foam cushion. The massage function is not good - at all. I would have much preferred the option for a riser recliner without the massage but they were all more expensive - the heat function on the other hand is much more useful! The assembly was extremely simple and only needs one person. Overall I'm happy with this purchase, despite a few niggles. The cup holders are very useful, just need to be aware of what's in there when you use the rise function!

A lovely, comfortable chair but also firm to sit on, making it easy to rise from and good for posture. The arm storage pockets are very handy as are the drinks holders. An excellent price, delivery was exactly as they said it would be with the driver calling when he was an half hour away. I was worried I wouldn't be able to put it together but the instructions were clear and, although it was heavy work for an old woman, I eventually managed.

Brilliant! Easy to put together and does what it says. Chair very firm so I use a cushion.

The chair was very easy to put together and is so comfortable and the Massage is so easy to use and you feel great after a full massage. I would Recommend this chair to everybody 100 %

It’s very comfortable but the arms are not as illustrated.They are filled with the stuff pillows are made of, the ones in the picture are solid and more square.. Am hoping that after a couple of months wear everything will loose it’s softness and fullness, you get what you pay for.Also it’s not for a tall person. I wish I had gone for a dual motor recliner, but of coarse they are so expensive.The massager is quite noisy and I have not tried the heat yet.
