These microneedle patches work much better than regular hydrocolloid patches for deeper pimples. The microneedles are painless, the patch stays on all night, and redness and swelling are noticeably reduced by morning. I’ve used these on early and stubborn breakouts, and they healed faster than usual without irritating my skin. Thin enough to wear during the day if needed. A bit pricier, but worth it for cystic or hormonal acne.

Love the microdart patches for those deep, cystic pimples. They seem to work well for me. Fit is great. I never have any issues with them falling off and most importantly the spot has improved overnight.

These pimple patches are okay. They don't bring out as much gunk as other pimple patches, specifically tea tree/hydrocolloid patches, but that could very well be because it is just not the right product for me. I find that they don't really stick on my face as well, either--I wake up, and they are on my pillow/hair. They were pretty expensive for the effectiveness. They are fairly large and dark too, so no wearing out in public unless you are bold!

Where were these in the 90s? These things are awesome for cystic acne. Perimenopause has been rough. These help in that area. I put them on. I wake up in the morning and see a significant decrease in the acne. Thank God. Nothing is easy during these trying times... but at least I don't look like a washed up 16 yr old

Tried these since you get more patches for less than the peach slice brand we like. They stay on well after some smoothing out and seem to be filled with just as much gunk as leading brands. We will purchase these again.

My teenagers find these work very well for when oncoming cystic acne shows up. They report they are comfortable and don’t leave a mark. Yes they are more expensive but you don’t have to use them a lot and they do help speed recovery along. A must have in homes with teenagers!

They work fine but don't fit my face very well. It says full face but they are quite small. Only the nose one actually covers, though it's still an awkward shape. I'll use them but I won't be reordering.
