I loved this until I didn't. I love that you just take once a day. I love all the ingredients except the stinging nettle. That had my skin stinging. Lol. A weird feeling. I truly wish they would make this without the stinging nettle.

I love this company's products so I always happily order something from them when I see it's available. I have tried 2 other DAO supplements that made me very ill for days but when I saw this product from this company... I knew I was in good hands and that it was worth a try. I do best on a low histamine diet so I was hoping this product would help with some of my symptoms... my congestion most of all. While it didn't help with my congestion, at least thankfully, it didn't make me sick at all. So that's why I gave it 5 stars. Other DAO products could make you very sick but this one at least won't do that. Overall, I can recommend trying this product if you have histamine issues and hopefully it will help you.
