This was purchased as a gift for my grand daughter. She was absolutely thrilled when she received it for Christmas. After months of using it, she has told me that it was one of her favorite presents. She sent us pictures of the many different items she made and continues to use it almost every weekend. The quality was amazing and so far has proven to be very durable and easy to use. She likes the fact that she can plug it in on the back porch or in he hobby room and run it on regular 120v. power. My daughter was mad at me for getting it for my granddaughter because she feared it would be loud, but it has been very quiet so she has now forgiven me. LOL The speed of the platform allows for some very creative items to be formed and decorated. Very happy with this purchase.

Above expectations. Very heavy and sturdy. I was able to put legs on and easily level it, so it is balanced and quiet. Even though the basin is split into two halves and doesn't fit tightly together on the sides, it did not leak or cause an issue. Easy to use, the pedal makes it easy to control speed, spins in either direction for left and right handed. The split basin makes it easy to clean up. I am very happy with this purchase. No regrets.

I have always wanted to try my hand at throwing pottery. Although the standard advice is to take a class, I couldn't find one that worked with my schedule. So I purchased this wheel and some clay and found some great YouTube videos.I have only tried throwing 3 or 4 times thus far, but I am enjoying the adventure.Things I like about this wheel:The price was right. It has a pedal to adjust the speed which is nice when your hands are covered in clay. I like the removable basin, makes clean up easier.Things I don't like:The wheel doesn't fully stop, even when you move the pedal to the lowest position. You have to flip the power switch if you want it to stop rotating completely.There aren't any bat pins. I have learned very quickly how nice those would have been!The pedal doesn't have any resistance to it, so it can be difficult to dial in your perfect speed. Lastly, the legs are very short. I needed to set the whole machine on a stand to raise it up.Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded. It is a light weight but low quality wheel, good enough to make smaller things, such as mugs or bowls--until it breaks down. I was excited to use it when it first arrived.HOWEVER, after using it for a month, it start to break down. I think the band is very low quality. What happened is sometimes after turning on the wheel for a few seconds, the band would fall off the track and the wheel would stop turning when being turned on. I would manually put the band back up which is tedious to do.What's worse is recently the band has gotten even worse, and every time I put it back, it falls immediately after I turn on the wheel. If you check out the video, you can see that when I first press the foot pedal, the wheel started turning, and then slowed down and stopped. And on the bottom, you can see the band fell off the track.So right now this wheel is no longer usable. I tried to contact the seller but haven't heard back. For an appliance that is over $200, I would expect it to last for at least a year, if not more. Unfortunately it lasted for only a few months.

Perfect for first time potter and kid, teenager friendly. Price was just right for my budget.Very pleased with my purchase.Now if you have been a potter all your life and need a new one. This is not for you.I would invest in the ones you see in class. Those are durable.Pottery on! 💪🏺🍯

The device is made very well, but unfortunately we could not use the device for more than 2 minutes, because the device supported 110V instead of 220V. I always study the information about the device, but I did not find any information on the site. When I received the device, the range of 110V-250V was written in the package, so I confidently connected the device to the network without knowing what awaited me next. As a result, the controller unit burned out.The support service is very friendly, and tried in every way to help resolve the issue. I am writing this review precisely because this is probably the best support I have encountered, it even seemed to me that there were people there who were worried about my problem as if I were their close friend. It was very nice to see such interest in my problem.
