I absolutely never write reviews but I couldn't believe the taste. This is by far the best tasting iron supplement I've ever tried. It is sweet and does have a very mild rust taste at the end but that's to be expected. No need to mix with anything to make it palatable. Not sure of long-term results but going off taste alone great.

This product works for me. I take it in a glass of carrot juice which aids absorption. It is gentle on my stomach. Liquid is the only iron that has consistency helped me to correct anemia.

I love that this is chelated! Most irons are not, and that makes suggesting it so much water. It's like a carbonated feeling throughout one's body at times.HOWEVER - the taste is pretty sharp. It's blackberry, so that's a tad to be expected. The serving size is 1 Tablespoon... Which of actually a Lot, compared to the 1 Teaspoon servings I've seen (in yummy chocolate carmel flavor - different brand). While the bottle is big, the TB makes a difference, so you're not actually saving That much by choosing this one.I do love the labels it comes with, again, the chelated nature makes a huge difference for those of us whose digestive systems don't like absorbing nutrients (vit c helps with iron too), organic, and all the other good things.I probs won't reorder due to personal taste, but it's not a bad option at all. :)

So far this is the best tasting and most tolerable liquid iron. I do chase it with orange juice for extra vitamin c but this one doesn't taste like drinking metal and DOESN'T make me dry heave.

This has a little it of an after taste but not to bad.

I don't yet know if this will help increase my iron levels, but I will tell you this is the worst tasting thing I've ever experienced. It's like a medicinal sweaty sock. I have to fight a gag reflex just to pour it into a spoon. But I'm desperate, so I continue to take it.
