When I tell you this is best thing that ever happened to me. Well sealed, arrived on time and if you had trouble like me( Expired date on the cap) to save you time...Every body is different desregar negative comment try it ots a must this is soft on ( sensitive stomach) one of the reason i get afraid of meds but this was a smorh and easy on stomach, started with 1 capsule even dow it recomends 2...it work the next day BM x3-4 time daily good amount no pain, last night I try 2 capsules it was lil umconfortable lil pinch here in there I woke up in the middle of the night twice for a BM. Yes going back to once a day that proves it works,Ending day 4 today already notice 2 pouds down and will buy it again for cleaner or have it around for costipation for shore...what you waiting for go get yours and a plus(Drink your full glass of water) the more water the better but the one cup helped imagine more( yes for you who doest keep up with you water)...well enjoy feeling light and free lol will update
