I was so excited to get the RG40XX H console as I'm an old user of RG351. I find myself enjoying a lot with a horizontal 4" screen with much better brightness than before to play my favorite game Crash Team Racing for PS1 and some Nintendo games... You can now read the text clearly in the games and play outdoors. The build quality is very good with a lightweight and compact size to take it with you everywhere, and you will get 5 hours on average to play your favorite games. Now the D-Pad is very smooth so you will get a better shooting games experience, especially with a bigger screen. Also, adding any game is easy just grab it to your SD card. This is my best friend for traveling.

Had game boy shaped one but it was a bit bad ergonomically so i was shopping for a new one. This popped up and had a better screen and processor for the price. Its so much better to hold and leads to a longer playtime. Thanks to the upgraded internals, this also plays games much smoother. It feels like its built pretty well too, the wifi and bluetooth connectivity make it so much easier to get roms.

It worked for a month and the screen went out and no longer turns on. Apparently it’s a common problem. The company that makes them also can’t help you unless you buy it from their website.

This is a great value for a handheld to play your favorite emulated games. The build quality on this is surprisingly way better than I imagined for the price. Everything works perfectly and the screen is nicer quality than expected. The reason I took some points off is the battery life is atrocious. Maybe it's just the one I got but playing a game with the brightness and sound turned down for 10 minutes, saw a 9% drain on the battery playing a not-so-demanding game. I'm not sure how they estimate it up to 6 hours of play time on this. The rate I was seeing with low brightness it would be an hour and a half. Cranking the brightness up will essentially cut that in half. It works great for my kids when I allow them to play games for 20 or 30 minutes at a time.

Absolutely love it. More than I ever expected. Well built, quality materials. Screen is fantastic. Well worth the money.
