Low Cal option
Why I bought it: I was trying to recreate my fall coffee drinks at home without adding a ton of sugar. What I like: Tastes surprisingly close to regular pumpkin spice syrup Sweet but not artificial-tasting Mixes smoothly into hot and iced drinks Great calorie-free option What could be improved: Flavor is a little mild, I usually add an extra pump Who it’s good for: Anyone who loves fall flavors but wants a sugar-free option for coffee or protein shakes. Overall: A solid pumpkin spice syrup that satisfies the craving without the guilt.

Tastes good
Tastes really good with my lemonade. I mainly got this because I'm obsessed with the sonic dragon fruit lemonade and this syrup definitely has helped in its recreation. I'm glad it's sugar free with no weird aftertaste and smells good. The bottle size and pump are normal, and I had no issues with it. If you want a thick syrup this isn't one as it is fairly liquidy. I think it's a great option.

This stuff is FIRE!
So I am obsessed with this combo. I have a whole drink section full of every flavor of sugar free syrup but this blunilla is FIRE! I use this one in my hot tea at night and I cannot explain how obsessed I am with the flavor combo. It’s really sweet. So one pump will do ya! Cannot wait to try this in a diet sprite or maybe a cold tea? Open to the idea! I’ll be back for more soon!

Good, depending on what you use it for
I bought this initially to try to recreate a coffee drink that I loved in college, a blackberry white mocha, but the taste isn't quite what I want it to be. It lacks a certain taste that I'm having trouble discerning. On the other hand, a splash of this in some lemon water is absolutely delicious! I think what you want to add it to will greatly influence your opinion of the quality. I think the price is great, especially considering it comes with a pump and it's sugar free - I've found some sugar-free products tend to be more expensive than the original. It's thinner than a traditional sugar syrup would be, though that doesn't bother me, just something to note. It does stain very quickly, so if just beware of spills and splashes!

Great for hot or cold drinks!
Love this! It tastes so good! My favorite thing is to put this in a sparkling water with some lime juice and vanilla creamer. The consistency mixes very well into hot or cold drinks and the flavor is strong with only 1 pump. The bottle has lasted a long time for me. I like the pump attachment for ease of use.

Pistachio, But Make It NyQuil
I don’t say this lightly, but this is the worst sugar-free pistachio syrup I’ve ever encountered in the wild. One sip and I had to immediately spit it out like my body was in danger. If giving zero stars were an option, I’d be hovering over it aggressively. The flavor is less “pistachio” and more “cough syrup that’s been thinking about nuts.” I’ve been using the Skinnygirl brand and figured I’d branch out in hopes of less chemical taste. Bold of me. Naive, even. Lesson learned. And naturally, there are no returns on food items, so now I’m the proud owner of a bottle that exists solely to remind me to stay in my lane.

Tastes Great but Contains Sucralose
I actually REALLY like this coffee syrup. The taste? On point. The consistency? Exactly what a coffee syrup should be. As you can see from the picture? I've enjoyed... Almost the entire bottle. So, what's the issue? Well, my problem (if you can call it that) is that based on the brand name, Syruvia, I expected this coffee syrup to be a purely STEVIA based brand. Why is this important? Well, some studies have suggested that some sugar free sweetners have been shown to actually causes insulin spikes similar to those caused by sugar. In the interest of full disclosure, I'm not diabetic. So, will an insulin spike harm me physically? In moderation, probably not, BUT what it does do is make me hungrier sooner which could result overeating. Now, I'm one of those "weirdos" who is obsessed with my diet, my macros for the day, and all those awful things that basically deflate all the joy out of eating! The thing is: I don't WANT to get hungry sooner, and I don't certainly wouldn't want someone who IS diabetic to think they're not eating something that could contribute to a spike in blood sugar when they are. As you can see, sucralose is one of the very first ingredients in the list. So, while the coffee is quite tasty, I probably will not repurchase it in the future.

Purchased this for my iced lattes, I have vanilla iced lattes daily! Unfortunately the taste is too cakey for me. And not in a good way?
