Cromar Grey Cromapol Acrylic Fibre Reinforced Roof Coat Sealant Paint 2 x 5Kg

I have used this a number of times and will keep using it because it works really well. I put it on with a brush as I find it easier, the brush is never used again so just use an old paste brush.. I also tend to leave it in the house for a few days to warm up a little, it does once you open it make it easier to paint on, actually it's not much trouble at all but don't expect it to go on like emulsion... The smell is very strong and I have gone a little light headed in the past and that's on the roof with plenty of airflow... I advise wearing a mask for fumes.. For best results give the area to be covered, in my case a felt roof, a light jet wash to remove any muck.. For a few weeks it's like chewing gum but it soon settles and goes hard.. Last thing is if your roof spills into a water butt, maybe remove it for a month or so, you don't want to be watering your tomatoes with any chemicals that just might have run off.

This product is very good, I have used it to seal my concrete garage floor and joints to stop rain entering. And wow very impressed with the product. It was recommended to me by a tradesman who replaced the garage roof, doors and windows. I have sealed all the joints inside and now going to start on the outside of the garage. I went for the grey colour paint, it is very thick and fills the joints of the sections easily. Since completing the inside we have had one night of rain and no ingress of water. One point to note it does take a long time to dry, 4 days for my garage floor to loose its tackyness. I would recommend this product for sealing a concrete garage joints, it worked for me give it a go yourself and see.

It will stop any leakage from roof felt.

Not easily "paintable" I learned quite quickly because it's too thick, but still brushable if you're very generous with brush loading. The thing that amazed me was how far it went - I seemed to be taking endless dollops out of the tin and it was barely falling in level. Bought 2 tins and might have only needed one.

Made an aging flat roof look new again and its easy to apply and instantly waterproof.

One tin arrived with big dent/ crease in. Did not complain as paint still good and useable. Paint itself is good, requires a good stir, very thick and feels durable
