Hiners 1/4 Inch Torque Screwdriver Wrench Set, 2-22 in.-lb., 31 Piece Torque Wrench Bits Set

I bought this for gunsmithing. I wanted to calibrate it to see how accurate it is. I 3D printed an arm attachment that is the exact same on both sides, same weight, same everything. It has a string and a metal hook to attached to a bucket that I weighed using a digital scale at exactly 2 pounds, 4 pounds, and 8 pounds by filling it with water on the scale. The arm is exactly 3 inches from center of rotation. I glued in an old drill bit and got to testing. It holds exactly over the test weights and breaks exactly under the test weights when set as close as possible and testing individual ticks until the response changes. The calculated torque is 6, 12, and 24 inch-pounds. The tool performed as exact as I could set it. I am profoundly happy with this result. The bits are also excellent. This is a great tool a at a great price.

Works great

I purchased this to torque the bases and scope rings on my rifle to proper specs. I initially thought that it would be a little on the cheap made side but would be enough to get me by, but was very surprised when I received it and it felt like quality. Worked perfectly. Seems very well made for the price. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is cause it is a little difficult to tell what poundage you are set on if the specs call for a odd number. Other than that very pleased.

Bits are not the best. But driver seems to be fine. You can use the bits for a while though.

This actually works great is not easily adjustable between increments of 5 being the line is to thick and markings are lacking but thats close enough for me. The bits it comes with our crap so make sure and throw those away if your torquing over 30 ft. Ibs. Ask me how I know ? I had the t10 snap off inside a cap screw.

I am really impressed and pleased with this torque driver. I mainly use it to assemble RC cars and the low torque settings are perfect for the M2-M4 screws that thread into plastic. Especially nice to be able to get an even amount of torque on the screws that hold the ring gear on the diff cup. Pair this with some MIP Speed Tips and you’re golden. It’s made well I’d buy again. Hands down.
