The water dispenser overall is good, but there is one issue that needs attention. Cool water is coming out from the normal water slot, which is unconvenient. This should be checked and rectified by the service team. Other than this problem, the dispenser works fine.

The item was received in Dec. there was no jsntallation help or call received. We installed it ourselves. It was winter so the cold function was not checked and we even did not know what to check or not. Now in March when we required cold water, the dispenser was not cooling and when service engineer came he told that the product has been supplied without gas filled. I mean how a blue star product can pass PDI without a Gas. The service centre want to add gas and of course without charges. But why I should accept a product without factory fitted Gas. I request blue star team to attend and replace this product.

I purchased it in ending October 2025.It initially worked good for 1 month , then it stopped working in ending november 2025 I called customer support they arranged the service request but the service team denied giving home services as it was purchased from Amazon then after long complaint and mails to head office there was some action seen and a service man visited to check who said that the compressor is not working it needs to be replaced and it took again 20days to get new compresser but once compressor was replaced it was found their is other matter as well the wiring were damaged till date the issue is not resolved... neither their is promt response from blue star the old compressor is having the manufacturing date of 4/2023 . This mean these are the old faulty product that are sold at discounted price.. pissed with blue star. I can't say how much institutional role is of seller but yes before purchasing do check the manufacturing dates of the product..

I give 4.5 stars for this product and it only has 1 minor drawback. There is no easy way of placing the full water bottle without spilling because of it's design. Of course there are videos showing to wrap a thin plastic sheet around the bottle's neck when you load the dispenser but that could have been thought more innovatively. Apart from that, the product is excellent with value for your money and you get instant hot/normal/cold water and it works like charm. The installation is super easy and I also recommend cup holder on the side (which it didn't have provision for).

Why did you pick this product vs others?: there are 3 modes of water dispensing. hot, normal and cold. Normal mode doesn't work'. cold water comes from normal mode.
