I bought this kit to replace the boring signal lights that Lego provides to you with their road plates set. In my opinion, this kit is a must for this set, as these traffic lights not only light up, but they display a signal change pattern for that added realism. While I would agree with other reviewers that it would have been cooler if they didn't flash yellow during the transition from red to green, I am glad that someone out there is actually trying to make it kinda thing at all, considering this kit is the only one I have found that attempts to replicate the changing light pattern of a real traffic signal. Was easy to connect it up, requiring a power source such as an energy bank or connection to a direct USB port. Overall, an A+ product from a small business that has provided a unique product!! Good for them....

I’m so glad I found this traffic lights. My son wanted to have working traffic lights in his Lego city and he was so happy to see this addition to it. It was really easy to install and it actually changes colors. I definitely recommend it.

These are near additions, one ocd complaint. The light sequence on these is a little odd. To will go green, flashing yellow, red, flashing yellow, then green. Not really stop light patterns, but they still add a lot to the look. Would give 5 if they had a correct pattern.

Wonder addition to the city. I have several Teddoo products and have always had great results using them.

This is a really nifty little set to add some extra life and detail to your Lego-like city displays. It does not have a battery pack to power it, but I actually prefer that it uses a USB input from a standard power block, because it means I can hook it up to a timer or switch so I can turn it off and on as needed and don't have to move my build out to replace batteries or turn it off and on. The brick built light pole is pretty ingenious and the bricks themselves are 100% compatible with name brand bricks. The lights are bright, though they light in sequence forward then back from red to green, and do not have a control chip mimicking the normal stop light pattern nor speed. However, the kit is not terribly expensive, and it add a really nice touch to your kits, and makes them look just that much more visually appealing.
