Simple, easy to use golf ball marker. If you’re like me and like the line across either part or the entire circumstance of the ball, look no further. Has a good qualify heft to it unlike the plastic versions for a quarter of the price. Despite the higher cost, it’s worth it for the quality. Highly functional for its job that fits the size of the golf ball perfectly.

Lets just start with, i just purchased this product and have only used it for 10min. In that time I have marked 3 boxes of balls with my prefered ball mark 180 deg thin line, lined up with the balls short alignment line. Fantastic product, I have used every type of golf ball line stencil and this is my favorite. It's easy to align, fast, simple and robust. If you like a simple very straight line on your ball, it's worth the few dollars more over the finicky plastic stencils. No readjusting to get a longer line. No breaking sharpies trying to spin it around the ball. The thickness of the line is set by you not the stencil. I bet this one won't break in my golf bag when it get put in the trunk. Great product glad to took a chance on a product with no reviews.

slightly off center, but more convenient than a clip

I love this marker, it makes it very easy to make clear lines along the equator of your golf balls. I place the ball in the jig and align the ball type identifier (<< Chrome Soft >>, for example) with the edge of the jig. I then use a GolfInk pin to make a thick line on the opposite side of the ball so that I have a durable thick alignment mark to help me set up for putts.

This is almost awesome but I've been going nuts trying to figure out what exactly is wrong. Every time I tried to line up a putt, one half of the ball looked ever so slightly bigger according to the line I drew around the "center" using this tool. I concluded that the holder was just slightly the wrong size for prov1's. I lined up the edge with the alignment arrow on the ball, and drew a line. Then I flipped the ball over and again lined it up and drew. If this was exactly right, the lines should overlap. But they don't. I might just be going crazy but I've concluded this doesn't fit my golf balls.
