Arms not adjustable??
I was really looking forward to trying this as being a wheelchair user my posture isn't great and it's causing me more issues. However, I can't say it's a good experience There are 2 straps similar to backpack straps and whilst they're easy to put on, they're not at all adjustable in length, and there's no way to tighten them to actually pull the shoulders back so the stretchy material just stretches out when you're trying to tighten the waist and to pull the shoulders back. So you end up being heavily restricted in your middle without the shoulders pulled back, and the straps are quite large which also seems to sit in the crevice of your armpit so overall it's just very uncomfortable imo and difficult to get it into a position that actually pulls your posture upright. They needed thinner arm straps that were size adjustable and not stretchy. I'm disappointed sadly and will not be using as it doesn't do anything of note for me other than have my middle like a corset!

not comfortable
I've tried this several times now, reread the instructions and adjusted it several times and I just can't seem to get it comfortable at all. No matter how much I adjust the shoulder straps or waist strap it doesn't help. The material is bright white which is supposed to make this invisible but then its got thick black lettering on it with an orange logo so wouldn't be invisible at all. As it's bright white I don't think it'll be long until it gets grubby, the 2 bars in the main body of it are stitched into place so cannot be removed. I'd have like them to be removable so it could be easily washed. In the recent warm weather it was unbearable to wear as it made my clothes stick to my stick (only where I was wore this, everywhere else was fine).

Back Posture Corrector
I decided to try out this back posture corrector after realising my posture had started to deteriorate from years of office work. I noticed I couldn’t sit up straight at my desk or even when driving, and a colleague mentioned that my back looked a bit bent. That comment made me more conscious of my posture, and I knew I needed to do something about it. I've been using this product for almost a month now, almost every day while I'm at work, Monday to Friday. Initially, I wasn't sure how to wear it properly, but the user manual helped me fit it correctly. It does take some time to adjust, especially when doing it by yourself. I opted for the large size since I've put on a bit of weight, but looking back, an extra size up might have been a better fit. I have to admit, it was uncomfortable to wear in the beginning. It feels tight, but that’s likely how it’s designed to work—to help straighten my back and prevent further bending. The two metal strips along the spine provide solid back support, and the soft velvet material under the arms strikes a nice balance between tension and comfort when pulling back my shoulders. One of the things I appreciate about this posture corrector is its breathability, which makes it quite comfortable to wear in the air-conditioned office. However, in hot weather, it might cause you to sweat more, so you may need to wash it frequently which is a bit of a hassle. Despite the initial discomfort, I’m starting to notice some improvement in my posture, and I’m optimistic that continued use will help me maintain a straighter back in the long run.

Surprised in a good way
I'm 41 and it may be a little late to correct my decades-old poor posture but I was intrigued to try this Premium Invisible Breathable Back Posture Corrector for Men & Women by LyfeFocus! Whilst I'm in a confessional mood I will also say that I am above average in size terms which is a polite way of saying I'm chunky, which is a polite way of saying...you get the picture. I ordered the Large size as it was the biggest one available. It is a little bit of a stretch but the fabric is exactly that - stretchy and strong and I can fit into it relatively easy. So hey, I would say that 2XL and maybe up to 3XL people could fit this Large size posture corrector. Beyond that I have my doubts it would fit. There is an instruction sheet in English and a booklet with several other languages printed that arrive in the cardboard box with the corrector. The instructions state for beginners to wear the corrector for 10 minutes at a time. I disobeyed that I think by having it on longer but it was comfortable enough. A little strange at first, perhaps, but aren't most things that way?! After use I felt quite good but also a little bit like a few muscles had had a workout. Not in a bad way, just a minor level tiredness as if I had just done a bit of heavy lifting or similar. Not overdone, just a wee bit. Overall my first impressions of this are positive. I'm impressed that it even fits on my bulky frame and that it shuts and stays shut. Of course, this might not be an issue for everyone but even so, I think it is a testament to the build quality and solid stitching and good solid fabric that it gets on and stays on a bigger person. I am happy to have this and I hope to get into the habit of using it everyday. I made a little joke at the beginning about it being too late for me as a 41 year old but I was joking. It is never too late and here's hoping this LyfeFocus posture corrector can help me make positive changes going forward.

Back support
Bought to replace my old one. I am only 5’ tall and this is short on me! No way to adjust. I can only wear it for a very short time as it’s just too short. Expensive mistake
