What are the cfm requirements?

11-15 cfm’s . as long as u have a constant 80psi . Having it regulated right before the HVLP air hose is ideal

Does it come with a air regulator?

No ,you need to get a digital version. I think your better off with buying a separate regulator, in the past ,they were affected by gunwashers.
