It's dose not have any cut for knee placement which makes it less effective. As I am a sports person and into physical education linefor so long I don't think it's a good idea to wear this during activities.. it will not provide the support u need. Also if you are someone need this knee cap for daily work and activity you can buy this for light support and day long comfort

This real review not paid. First is very comfortable Due to Velcro it support get tight all the time not like other stretchable stuff which gets loose on knees and start get down itself. I can adjust it according to me. My thigh size 5” above from knee centre is 43 inches and it is very comfortable fitting. I think it will get fit till 50 inches thigh. I have used this in running and waking and it very comfortable. First I have ordered for one knee but later on have ordered for second one as well.

I bought it for my wife who was in agony because of her knees. After doing extensive research, I selected this product because of the ease of use and flexibility. It has a wrap around design and the user, who is already in pain, does not have to bend the knee as has to be done in other products with a tubular design which have to be pulled up like socks with a bent knee. The material is thin but appears to be tough. A wrap around design with a thicker material might not work. The Velcro straps enable you the choose the degree of tightness that one's condition requires. The middle strap should have been a bit longer, though. It is very compact when folded and can be carried even in a small ladies' bag. It provides great support to the knees and does its job effectively. The description "Slip-on type" on the product page does not give a clear indication of the methodology for using it. A picture of the product in fully open position should also have been posted as it would have conveyed much more without the use of words and removed all doubts in this regard. I needed two pieces but ordered only one first just to ensure that it had a wrap-around design. Another thing which is baffling is the price. I bought two of these separately at a gap of six days and paid INR 421/- and 415/-. Today the price is INR 387/-. The price of this product appears to be as volatile as share prices in a stock exchange. I feel the need to update the review today i.e. 17.04.2017 in view of the doubt regarding size. The measurements of the knee support are as follows: (1) Top Strap - 12.5 inches (2) Middle Strap - 6 inches (3) Bottom Strap - 10.5 inches (4) Main Body of the Knee Support - 10 inches The knee support, with the straps, is in one piece and at its widest point i.e. when measured from the end of the Top Strap till the end of the main body will be 22.5 inches (12.5+10). This is without any stretch. I hope this clears the confusion regarding size.
