I have been using the Braun Series 9 Pro for some time now. I usually shave after about 7 days, and it does the job perfectly. The battery life is long-lasting, and the auto-cleaning process is very efficient. So far, so good—I’m very happy with the product.

This Braun Series 9 Pro+ electric razor is an amazing shaver that has truly exceeded my expectations and transformed my grooming routine. From its premium, well-made feel to its effortless operation, it's a top-tier grooming tool that delivers exceptional results. Setting it up and initiating use is remarkably easy and intuitive. The real standout, however, is the shave itself: it consistently delivers an extremely close and incredibly quick shave. I've been using it specifically for my bald head, a task for which I've tried numerous other shavers, and this Braun Series 9 Pro+ has performed better than any other head shaver I've encountered. The resulting smoothness is absolutely incredible, leaving my skin feeling remarkably soft and free of irritation. It's both fast and powerful, making quick work of my grooming routine without tugging or pulling. The great battery life means I rarely have to worry about recharging mid-shave, even with daily use. A full charge lasts for numerous shaves, offering significant convenience. Furthermore, the included cleaning station makes maintenance incredibly easy and completely hands-free. It automatically cleans, lubricates, dries, and charges the razor after each use. This comprehensive automation simplifies my routine immensely, ensuring the razor is always hygienic, sharp, and fully charged for its next use. It literally does everything for me, taking all the hassle out of post-shave care. I am so thoroughly impressed and satisfied with this electric razor that I could never conceive of going back to any other shaver again (unless, of course, Braun releases an even better iteration of this model!). While it's not the cheapest option on the market, for me, its unmatched performance, superior closeness, exceptional convenience, and comprehensive cleaning solution make it worth every penny. It's not just a razor; it's an investment in a consistently superior grooming experience that provides professional-level results at home.

I bought this as a replacement for my aging Braun Series 5 Model 8000 that I bought when it first came out. At the time, it was pretty much the top of the line and it has served me well for many, many years. Aside from the clipper in back, which finally snapped, it still works, though it really shows its age. Over the years, I replaced the blades and foil many times and I decided that the next time I needed to replace the foil & cutter assembly, I'd just get a brand new razor. I expected the Series 9 Pro+ to be an improvement, but I was surprised by how big of an improvement it is. I deliberately didn't shave for a few days just before receiving the razor, to put it to the test. The Series 5 would have been uncomfortable at this length and I would normally have done a pass with the clipper first to give it a hand. I gave the Series 9 no chance and set it straight to the days-old beard, and it went through so smoothly that, for a second, I wondered if the foil had just slid over my beard, but no. The beard was gone where the razor passed. I was quite impressed. Now, while this is the best electric razor I've ever tried, it still doesn't stand up to a fresh razor blade. The shave isn't as close as a blade (and we shouldn't really expect it to be), and while the first pass does a good job, I need to do multiple passes to get my skin feeling smooth, especially in the throat area. But it's still fast and comfortable. I alternate between a blade when I show my face to people, and the electric razor on lazy days. This Series 9 will probably get a few shifts on non-lazy days.

The Braun Series 9 PRO+ is an exceptional electric shaver. The 5 shaving elements provide an incredibly close shave with minimal irritation. The precision trimmer is perfect for detail work and edging. Battery life is excellent and it charges quickly. The build quality feels premium and durable. Easy to clean under running water. Worth every penny for the performance and comfort it delivers.
