Actually highly impressed by the quality of this. It’s easy to use and looks good as far as the Velcro isn’t all fuzzy and stuff . Definitely helps with pain and the size of it is appropriately adjustable like it looks good on a smaller person and bigger person.

the black is the black showing is Velcro, if your waste is 31-32 the velcro will be exposed when in olace. The long strap is wider then the short when isstalled yhia allowes the velcro tho touch your skin. The is very painful

This brace worked very well for me. I had strained my hamstring and had trouble getting other braces to stay in place. This one stays in place well and doesn’t slide down my leg. It is also a reasonable thickness and doesn’t feel bulky. I would buy again.

It is very thick and because it has two pieces, you can't were it under your clothes. When you need something like this for recovering it's hard to use the restroom, sit,ect....
