Quality and WiFi Connectivity is good. Happy with the Purchase.

I have been using this geyser for the last 5-6 months. So far no issues. It looks great in the bathroom with it’s modern design. The digital display for the water temperature is really helpful. Even though having a remote is handy it’s not getting used once you do the initial set up as per the requirements, as we don’t change them frequently.

It’s an excellent water heater

Quick Setup, Easy to Use. The Overall quality of materials and added to that are the features it comes along are very innovative. Fulfils all the traditional functionality of a water heater with a touch of technology. Amazing Product particularly the Wifi model is more useful over the remote model as you get real time data and access anywhere at your fingertips. Amazing product.

Don’t know the quality of product but at least installation and CX support from AO Smith is pathetic ! Got the product 48 Hrs back but no update yet. No IVR support. WA support legs are irrelevant ! OB calls dem Customer support is not at all useful. Avoid to buy such products wherein CX support is not up to mark.

The product aesthetics and features are awesome. I could use the balance hot water a day after (8 hours) without even turning On the heater. The User interface of the A.O Smith app to control the Geyser is also very good and the connection between phone and heater was very easy. The installation (free) was done after 4 days of the product delivered. Also warranty (extended) registration was also very easy by calling the toll free number, since the product will be registered by the installing agent from his side. So installation from user side cannot be done. The company agent should come for the installation so that the product will be registered. The only issue was with the installing agent. He was not that clean that he soiled the walls and the heater. He also didn't keep the safe distance 6" from the ceiling which was described in the user manual.

The water heater is good when working. However, I purchased the heater and it broke after only 2 months. I called for a tech as it was still under warranty. The tech informed me that the case was broken and it would take 1 month to replace. After two months of no repair, I followed up and found out the the complaint was closed and no part was ordered. I called to complain and I was told it was my fault for closing the complaint by giving the tech a code. The tech did not tell me the complaint was closed, but that he would order the part and repair as soon as possible. Then I called back 5 days ago and I was told the service tech would come at 11:00 the next day. Not only did he not come at 11:00, 5 days later no one has come. It is the worst customer service I have had in a very long time in Chennai. The product, when working is good, but if there is a problem it may never be fixed. The cost is not worth the risk of such horrible customer service.
