This is a good book.Has a cyclical way of bulk and cut.This has some solid science and background behind it.Gives you a good approach.Over all a good one.

Wade through the usual diet book waffle and you will find good common sense nutritional advice on weight loss. I like that they aren't fans of exhaust yourself with loads of exercise then fall off the wagon into a vat of nachos! Gentle exercise whilst focusing on getting your eating under control. Good book

I really enjoyed this book. There is science to back up their data. Too often the "health" world wants a person to exercise three hours a day and eat minimally and it does not ever account for your cravings or your trigger foods. This book puts the detective work in your hands. It allows you to figure out your body and what works for you. This is not a one sized fit all model- it is a work in progress. This empowers you!! Thank you Jade and Keoni! :) June 3- an update- I have cylced through the ELEL and EMEM once- I am down nine pounds. I love walking everyday and not stressing about getting in a workout at the gym. The workouts are great and I feel like I have put in a really good workout. This is not only doable but is a life skill. Thank you.

This book will show you an entirely new approach to weight loss. It is a fresh change from the eat-less, workout-more approach - which never works in the long run. If you a sick of yo-yo dieting and always feel frustrated at the pitfalls of fad dieting, then I suggest you give this a try. It is very simply explained and gives you the power back to be in charge and responsible for your own weight loss journey. You are shown how to become a weight-loss detective and how to learn to work with your own body and stop trying to follow a one-size-fits-all approach. I highly recommend it!
