Rêve de Miel Ultra Nourishing Lip Balm With Honey Shea Butter and Vitamin E for Cracked and Dry Lips, 0.52 Oz

Seriously the best lip balm I’ve ever used. I first bought it on a whim when Amazon recommended it to me 10+ years ago. My lips get really dry, especially during winter months with dry air, and during summer months when I’m working on projects outside and get dehydrated from sweating so much. I’ve tried dozens of balms, masks, chapsticks, etc. from all different brands. Most feel nice for a bit, but then I have to reapply every 2-3 hours to maintain it. Some leave my lips feeling drier than they started off being. This one has been my mainstay, the only one that’s felt restorative and hydrating in a lasting sense. This balm is pricey, but a little goes a long way. One pot lasts me well over a year because I only use a little dab 1-2 times a day. It’s well worth the price! I generally use this as a lip mask, putting it on before I go to sleep. Every other lip product I’ve tried is gone by morning—assumably vanished into my pillowcase and/or smeared on the skin around my mouth. Some end up giving me pimples on my chin. Not this balm. It stays put, and I can still feel a good amount is on my lips by morning. And by morning, my lips are super hydrated and looking great! The scent is a mild citrus smell. I can’t do strong fragrances, especially if they’re synthetic smelling (i.e. ones that smell like vanilla cupcake or a berry smoothie). This balm has a very natural, nice scent. Nothing that would distract me from falling asleep or otherwise going about my day. Oh and no issues with it causing breakouts on my chin or cheeks if it gets spread around :) I wish it came in a squeezy tube or stick version (the stick reve de miel is completely different than what’s in the pot reve de miel, FYI). I’m a bit of a germaphobe and sticking dirty fingers in a balm just turns the pot into a little incubating Petri dish. If it weren’t for my hang up about that, I’d be using this balm all day, everyday. Nuxe—please make a tube version!

Holy cow this stuff really is magic. Okay I’m super picky and a minimalist, so I’m basically hunting for my personal holy grail products so I have a dialed in and ideally, simple routine. Been looking for a solid lip balm because I struggle with picking at my lips (sometimes to the point where they bleed, iykyk). The other reviews were so promising so I splurged and I’m super super happy I did. I honestly have never loved a lip product this much. It really does stay on for a super long time (beeswax is the first ingredient so I’m sure that’s why), it smells lovely but it’s not at all synthetic. It smells like the natural herbaceous oils and it’s quite subtle and doesn’t linger but this stuff really protects and softens and heals the skin really well. My lips were picked a bit raw last night when I got this delivered so I slathered my lips before I went to bed and when I woke up I could still feel a little layer of beeswax and my lips felt and looked soooooo much better. This is now my holy grail lip product. If you’re looking for something, look no further. Definitely also will last a super long time you don’t need much at all. 10/10 in love

I first bought this is Paris and fell in love with it. Def moisturizes your lips and feel fantastic. Def a must have and hope we can get it easily in the US soon.

I’ve found the best lip balm/lip mask ever! Staying power- I apply it at bedtime, stays on all night. Soft and soothing. Glass jar. Threw out my other lip balms, this is the ONE!

This is the best moisturizing lip balm I've ever found. I have chronically dry chapped lips but when I remember to put this balm on before bed it works miracles overnight. It's thick and luxurious with a slightly citrusy scent that is lovely. Each little jar lasts at least 2 years.

Expensive but feels and smells good. My lips are softer. Took off one star as there are so many lip balm options out there, not sure it’s worth to repurchase this. Still very much enjoyed using this balm.

I am always searching for a better lip product. I have chronic anemia and so I battle with cracked lips all the time. I use the Laneige balm a lot, but when I came across this product I thought I would give it a try. Boy am I glad I did. My lips feel so much better and I do not feel as if there is so much product on my lips like the Laneige. Don't get me wrong I still like the Laneige, but I now love this one too. It protects my lips for hours even when drinking and eating. It is a great quality product for a great price. A little goes a long way so you do not have to use much at all.

I found the price to be expensive but it’s actually well worth every penny spent on it because it performs so well. It’s very nourishing and moisturizing. When I apply this on at night I still feel it on my lips the next morning. There isn’t a scent or flavor but I’d love it even more if it was. It leaves a satin finish and other lip products layer good over it. I really like to use it under my new COLORGRAM blurry lip balm. I’m reaching for this constantly because I know it’s exactly what will moisturize and protect my lips when I’m out in the wind or sun or in the car for long periods. And, this does not cause my skin around my mouth to get congested.

Esse hidratante labial da Nuxe é simplesmente o melhor que já usei! s2 Minha boca costumava ficar muuuito ressecada no inverno, então já testei vários hidratantes labiais diferentes, inclusive de outras marcas igualmente boas e caras, mas esse Reve de Miel é o mais potente de todos. Ele tem uma textura bem grossinha, fica super confortável, hidrata demais, regenera e salva a boca quando ela está destruída do frio. Eu uso todas as noites antes de dormir, mesmo quando os lábios não estão ressecados, e assim esse hidratante acaba até evitando o ressecamento da boca, coisa que outros não fizeram. O preço dele é caro, mas o custo benefício é excelente, porque ele vem no potinho, então rende demais...o meu dura uns 6 meses e eu uso todas as noites. Melhor hidratante labial da vida!!!

The prize is a bit expensive as it is an imported product, but the quality is great and very long-lasting since you only need to use a small bit. I definitely recommend it.
