A very good product, indeed.
No doubt, this is a top quality baking soda. How to test in then? Just take a small quantity of the product and add few drops of lemon juice. Then you yourself will understand the effectiveness.

Reviewing After baking some 15 cakes
A hyper metallic smell pervading the baked cake. Why? It feels as if you had put it excess baking soda, even after trying to reduce the amount of baking soda below the recipe instructions, same metallic taste.

Product justifies the brand name!
Packing often speaks about the quality of the item inside it, because every seller tries to project his product to the target buyer through packaging. With the brand name printed on the convenient zip pouch packing, Urban Platter easily appeals to the buyer, and true to that first impression the product quality is also excellent! Although I feel the price point is a bit higher for the purpose for which I bought the product, I have no complaints, I use this for producing Co2 for my planted aquarium!

It absorbs moisture from the air and develops lumps very soon.
It is in pure form works nicely when used fresh after some time it develops lumps. Due to the moisture from the surrounding air.
