Good product for bedsore
I found this product useful for managment of bed sores wounds in bed ridden patient. It is also preventing development of new bed sore wounds. The product is working fine. It is light weight. I m using it on routine home bed. Overall good value for money.

Useful for bedridden patient
The product is good and comfortable for a bed ridden patient. I purchased this for my wife. But the puncture is an issue. There was one patch with the product which I used only a few days back. Now there is again leakage problem which can't be identified. The company must provide some genuine Support for maintenance ťafter sales. Can anyone suggest, how to get it repaired. Any support from manufacturer ?

Defective on delivery. Does not inflate fully.
The bed came defective. Half the cells in the mattress don't inflate at all.

High quality comfortable mattress!
I've been using the mattress for some time now, and it has exceeded my expectations in terms of both comfort and quality. The build quality is exceptional, with durable material that’s both comfortable and breathable. It’s also very easy to set up and operate, with an efficient and quiet pump that doesn’t disrupt sleep. Highly recommended!

Needs frequent pumping
Product is alright but have to keep pumping regularly. Also if you place a cloth on it the urine which trickles down gets accumulated in the pockets between the bubbles so we have to place a rubber mat upon the air mattress else it's just double work.
