I purchased this Urea cream due to having a (very) dry skin complaint on my knees. I purchased other creams, but none seemed to shift the dryness. Then I used this.... The cream absorbed into my skin fantastically well. It is excellent quality cream - really thick and silky. Effectiveness is a 10/10. The dryness has gone and my knees look like a 43 year old man's knees should!

Excellent cream for rough skin on feet. I suggest buy feet cover to wear on feet after putting on cream and leaving on over night to work its magic. Smooth feet now

Seems to work well. The labelling is odd though. It says "camellia coconut oil tea tree oil aloe vera" on the front, and in the detailed ingredients list it isn't clear that these are actually the source of any of the chemicals named.

Both myself and my wife use this. It's great but a shame it has gone up in price so I will wait for a sale. We apply it at night after a shower and in the morning our skin is much softer than not using it. Feet feel nice and moisturised through the next day. Its a nice thick cream and a little goes a long way with a pleasant but barley there scent which we both prefer.

Really excellent - it really has helped with my keratosis pilaris. No bad smell, neutral, good quality and lasts ages. I think it’s excellent overall and would recommend

I bought this for the high Urea content and Salicyclic acid. Dryness has improved (which any cream would have done) but I've not seen much improvement in the cracks in my heels. I saw better results from branded products (eg flexitol) even if the Urea content is lower. The branded products are around the same price or cheaper for £ per 100ml and also come in smaller tubs or tubes which are easier if you travel.

Daily use before bed keeps my feet soft and moisturised - no crusty feet here!
