Works well as well as being stylish
I bought this primarily to use for listening to music at work without being tethered with ear phone wires. It has a five hour talk time battery life. Talks to you...more than my friends $100 Bose set does, telling how much time left on battery, warns you verbally when battery life is low, tells you when you are connecting, paring, etc! Pairs easily with every device I've tried. I cannot say with confidence how well it works to speak on a phone, though...not much of a cell phone talker, but the few times I've used it to speak on the phone, there wasn't a problem. Wasn't outside in the wind, so can't comment on if it has any sound canceling capabilities. Have to say that it works seamlessly to play music. My cell phone (that I basically use as an MP3 player) is white so was very pleased to find a matching headset! Works so well for music, that I actually got two...so I can have one charging while listening to the other. 5 hours of music just wasn't getting me thru the work day! Ya, a bit spoiled...could just charge it during lunch hour, but at this price...I thought I'd go for the second one! If you do happen to get a second headset that is the same model as your first rename the headsets so that your phone/device will recognize them!

Good Product So Far
Up front, the product, ordered through "It's a deal", was a good price - however the product description did not specify whether this was in retail packaging or not. It arrived not in retail packaging. Having said that the product was in what appears to be new condition and arrived with all accessories and manual professionally packaged.I ordered this product after having ordered and returned a different (Plantronics M100) bluetooth headset that did not feature A2DP. I wanted the headset both for making/receiving calls as well as for listening to music and internet radio on my commute, so the M155 having A2DP was an absolute must for me. I should have done more research on the M100, but I am quite happy with the M155. The quality of the audio is more than sufficient for listening to talk radio and casual music listening. The bass leaves something to be desired and obviously it's mono, but again, I mainly wanted something for casual background listening. I'm using this device with a company issued iPhone and it's nice that the bluetooth battery meter shows up on my phone right beside the phone's battery, very helpful. This product just arrived and I've only tried it a few times but results have been great thus far. Pairing was very simple. Sound quality is acceptable both on phone calls and casual listening. Maximum volume seems reasonable for such a small device. The look and fit of the device is great. I was able to use the default "medium" sized ear gel without the ear hook and it seems comfortable and secure. As an aside, as the device arrived from "It's a deal", it came with the medium ear gel and ear hook installed as well as with a set of alternate ear gels and another ear hook. Full package contents included the headset (already charged), a charger unit, extra ear gels/hook, and a manual.I watched a video on Plantronics' website about how to use their devices with ear gels and no ear hook so it was pretty simple getting the headset to stay in my ear, however if I hadn't seen that video, I don't know that I would have understood what the little stub on the back of the ear gel was for. It's really pretty easy though to put the earbud part into your ear and then rotate the little stub back into the fold in your ear which then holds the headset in place. I definitely recommend checking out that video before trying to figure out how to wear this properly.All-in-all I'm happy with this device and will update this review if I notice anything unsatisfactory.

Uncomfortable!
I was so excited to get this because I wanted a white Bluetooth headset, but this is by far the most uncomfortable headset I've ever worn (I've probably been through 10 or so over the years). The volume also doesn't get very loud as other comparable models, but I'll be the first to admit that I have to have my volume turned all the way up on my phone. I had this thing on max and I could barely hear anyone when I was testing it out in my car driving down the highway...and the freeway? Forget it. I sent this thing back (my ONLY return ever and I shop on Amazon A LOT!). I'm just annoyed that I had to pay $5 to ship back a tiny little $20 headset. Oh well...it was garbage to me anyway. I wouldn't recommend this one - save your money.

Great little ear bud
Great little ear bud! Love the size and freedom it gives me. This was to replace one that I lost at the coast. :( Same model so just stepped into it like an old shoe! It has great reception and stays in my ear even if I were upside down. The only thing I don't like is how picky it is when answering calls. Just like the one I replaced, it stays connected when I dial a call out. But if there is an incoming call, even when I verbally say "Answer" it disconnects back to my phone and I have to reset it by powering down or going to settings. This problem did't happen with my old LG phone, only happens on my new iphone SE. My husband has the next model newer, the M165, and he has the same issue with his iphone SE. Since I love everything else about it, it is worth me putting up with that quirk. I just know ahead of time to power down or use my actual phone for incoming calls until I manually switch it over. If you can figure out the quirk between your phone and the earbud, it is consistent and worth the purchase.

Range sucks.
I got this because of the colour and the capability to listen music as well. Firstly I had to keep disconnecting it and using my handset with most call because callers complained that my connection wasn't clear and this was especially annoying while driving. Secondly, the reception range on it sucks if my phone is my purse and I am in another room I will not be able to pick up an incoming call. I have giving up on bluetooth and have decide just to use the speaker feature on my handset instead.

Failed after a month, but was left in vehicle for a few days ???
Worked great when we got it... For some reason it suddenly has a lot of static sound and is no longer usable... Not sure if leaving it in the truck for a few days while on vacation had anything to do with the failure, but it did not last a month... Giving it 3 stars because it did work and seemed great until shortly after our vacation and that could have been our fault for the failure... ??? However we have left others in the van and truck and still work for years after... Not sure what the failure was...
