I strongly advise everyone: Never order tires from JK Tyre company
I strongly advise everyone: Never order tires from such a terrible company(J K Tyre) I am writing this review after using this tire for 9 months. Unfortunately, this tire turned out to be of extremely poor quality — it developed a crack within just 9 months of use. I had purchased this JK Tyre from Amazon on July 8, and when the crack appeared in April, I visited the official JK Tyre store on April 12. However, they refused to replace it, saying they do not honor warranty claims for products bought online. What’s important to note is that the tire came with a 2-year warranty, and it had only been 9 months since purchase. Despite this, they denied the warranty claim just because it was an online purchase. I emailed JK Tyre about this on April 16, but never received any response. I also contacted Amazon, but they refused to help as well, stating that JK Tyre had denied the replacement. The crack appeared in a part of the tire that never even touches the ground, which clearly indicates a manufacturing defect. So my question is — if the tire had a 2-year warranty, why was I denied a replacement or refund? And if tire cracks are not covered under warranty, then what exactly is covered? Will we only find that out after 2 years?
