Hat shipped in a soft bag
Would’ve been a perfect hat if it wasn’t shipped in a soft envelope. It showed up flat with creases that might not be able to be saved.

Great Product - Poor Shipping
The hat is great quality. However, it was shipped in a bag- not a box. The head shape of the hat upon arrival was smashed. Trying to fix the shape is difficult. This wouldn’t have happened if it was just shipped in a box. Seller, please take note.

What can I say a this product, I was truly disappointed after spending $40 on a crushed ball cap, it’s ruined, the integrity and a structure of that cap is horrible …. Thank you Amazon I guess I will go out to a mall and spend more on a quality ball cap
