Defective Product Received
Initially when I received the product i thought everything is good, the product was looking good packaging was good and got the product next day delivered, I called the plumber and came in after 10 days, everything was good till the plumber discovered that the screw for the mixer which connects to the wall is defective without which the mixer is useless, I had to go to the shop and buy another mixer for little more price and got that fixed, my question is why is the company sending these defective products, good for nothing, I read so many reviews and they said the same thing but even then I ordered just to find myself another victim, after all these things my return window was closed which means I literally fell victim for this defective product worth 2900 rs, My advise to everyone do not buy these things online, go to shop and spend a little more and get a good product

Prompt delivery, next day. Packing may be better. Original carton from factory was sent without any additional protection from Amazon. Price is worthy and fitted perfectly.

Overall the product appears fine (rest usage will tell ) but the drawback is no manual and no warranty card which should not be the case with a product from a reputed company like Cera.
