Complex toy with lots of features
This ambulance toy has lots of features including several doors that actually open, a removable top for viewing the interior’s contents, three action figures, a removable gurney, ambulance lights and sounds, as well as a heart monitor sound. The assembly was all snap-on parts, but took a little time as there are no directions. I went back to the photos of the toy on Amazon and found one which shows the pieces needing assembly. This helped somewhat. There are many small parts to this toy, some of which I chose not to use because my grandson is just turning 3. For older children who are beyond the risk of putting things in their mouth, the smaller parts are interesting and could be included in the assembly. The sound components are engaged by pressing a small button, one on top and one inside the ambulance. They shut off after several seconds or at will by pressing the button again. The toy needs 3 AAA batteries (not included) and one other small battery that is included. The toy seems durable. All in all, I think any child age 3 to 6 or 7 would enjoy this toy.

Doloowee Ambulance Toy Truck
The ambulance works with siren. My grandson has had this for 2 years, and he loves it. It has a heart monitor that works inside the ambulance, and a stretcher. The doors open on the sides and the back. The top lifts off. It is somewhat delicate, so you have to be careful of the doors. The people had to be assembled, and were not safe for a 3 -6 year old child, so I did not use them. I had some other rubber made men that I used to go with this set.

Great toy for 3+ year olds
It is very well made but a little too detailed for younger children.

Cheap and missing pieces
Missing pieces. Missing screw where battery cover is. Very cheap quality given the price.

Missing Pieces / Cheap
Missing pieces. We got all the stickers for the bike, but never received the bike. The ambulance is made very cheapily, doors broke off in the first 5 minutes of play (cracked plastic to put them back on) but my 5 year old loves it and couldn’t care less he was missing pieces or cares about the busted off door (only reason is has 3 stars and not 1) so I’m not going to bother returning or exchanging for a new one or he will flip out once it goes back and has to wait for other one. Does have good traction and movement when he is rolling it around on hard floor and carpet.

Awesome
Very nice set. Imitation Playmobil. But honestly there's zero noticeable differences. Quality is really good. Very intricate details, a ton of accessories. Very complete set. The only negative would be that there really were no instructions on how to put the accessories together. And for example the hospital bed is not just an easy assembly, it's quite challenging to figure out just by looking at the pictures. Great set overall outstanding, if it was priced at 29.99 probably would be perfect. Definitely a great gift for most children under 12.

Some parts are very hard to assemble. Also in instructions to the toy there should included a small motorbike but it is missing in the boy
