Sisterlocks Safe & effective!
I have black hair. It's styled in sisterlocks, it's finer curly hair. I have tried so many things and spent so much money trying to get my flakes, and scalp under control. This is the ONLY product that I have added to my routine. I use this after my wash (about every 10 days) and I'll also use it as a leave in on my scalp twice a week. No not flakes. No more itching. No more red and inflamed scalp. No not scabs. I also use a purifying shampoo. I do not use conditioner due to my locks, but my scalp isn't dry. I just pray that this stays on the market and keeps the same formulary. I'm about to start using this on my kids scalp next. I'd love to become an affiliate marketer for the company. It's great. I might as well get paid to share it because I'll be sharing it!

Best Scalp Moisturizer!!
Dermazen has been a game changer to my scalp health!! I’ve dealt with seb dermatitis and no other products were effective. I started using the MCT oil and it moisturizes my scalp without causing any irritation. As someone who has natural kinky hair, putting oil on my scalp is normal practice, however I’ve learned that most oils actually makes dermatitis worst! This MCT oil provides the scalp nourishment that I want but with zero irritation, and will be part of my normal routine and used for my braiding styles. I couple the MCT oil with their calming scalp serum, putting it on the night before my wash day. The next day, my scalp is completely flake free, no redness or irritation. The first picture shows before using the product overnight, and the second picture is after I washed my hair the next day. I’m a HUGE Fan of all of their products and can’t recommend them enough.

Run, don't Walk and Buy This!!!
The Dermazen MCT oil is amazing. I suffer with seborrheic dermatitis, so I would get this white scale-like crust built up on my scalp. I have been struggling with this condition for years. I would have to wash my hair on a weekly bases to avoid it from getting too bad. The first picture shows what my scalp would look like if I waited 2 weeks to wash my hair. The 2nd picture shows what my scalp currently looks like. Its been 2 weeks since I last washed my hair after I have been using the Dermazen product. My hair still feels moisturized, not dry and brittle and although my hair is dirty my scalp looks so much better than it would normally look and it's also less irritated. The crust has decreased greatly and so has the itching. I don't know if Dermazen will cure my condition but it definitely has healed my scalp.

A MUST HAVE PRODUCT!!!!! (**Long Review**)
Ok, so I didn't expect the product to work as well as it did, and I'm actually shocked because nothing I've done worked in the past, but let's get into this review.... For starters, I have thick 4c hair (picture attached) and have been told by my dermatologist that I suffer from seborrheic dermatitis as well as other issues. I used everything I could think of to include the shampoos provided by the dermatologist, but it was either too drying or made the symptoms worse. I decided to start wearing wigs and have been wearing them for 3 years straight because the flakes that would fall from my scalp were too embarrassing to deal with. Also, I scratch my scalp so much that I bleed so that's a problem. So I received this product on September 25th and decided to try it out. I waited to do the review because I wanted to really see the results. I'm desperate at this point, however, I've heard some good things about the product. When I saw the consistency, I was not sold. The oil had a water-like consistency 🫠 and I just knew this wouldn't work but I gave it a chance. I am so happy I decided to use it. I had instant relief, and the flakes seemed to be minimized. I also wanted to see how long this would last but surprisingly, all of my symptoms diminished. I wish I had a better picture of my inflamed scalp, but I'm telling you, RUN, don't walk. I am finally comfortable with wearing my natural hair without the flakes or itching. Also, I used it every day for 2 weeks but I don't think I needed to. I now use it 1-2 times a week (Pics for reference).

The MCT Oil is safe and works!
This product is absolutely amazing. Almost done with the first bottle and will be getting a second. Derma Zen MCT scalp moisturizer significantly healed and soothed my hair and scalp. My seborrheic dermatitis is considerably eliminated and most of it cleared up within a few uses, if not completely gone in many areas of my face and scalp. I'm incredibly grateful 🙏🏻

effective but over-priced
Things I tried before this that didn't work for seborrheic dermatitis and hair loss: prescription-strength ketoconazole, selenium sulfide, coal tar, hydrocortisone, apple cider vinegar, tea tree oil, glycolic acid, minoxidil, nioxin scalp recovery system, rosemary oil, head & shoulders, Dermazen Calming Serum, Pacifica scalp scrub, Pacifica scalp love, biotin. When I started using this MCT oil before bed, my flaking went away within a few uses and my hair loss has slowed down significantly. I also have fine hair that needs to be washed every day but this has surprisingly NOT given me greasy hair. I now use this MCT oil with a rotation of these shampoos: TSal, Redken Scalp Relief, and Nizoral. Dermazen's nutrition guide is also useful, even for someone with a lot of nutrition knowledge. My only complaint is that the small quantity of product and finicky nozzle mean that one bottle barely lasts a couple of weeks. $30 of product should comfortably last me a month and a half. I really don't want to water it down because my water is very hard. I am going to try some generic MCT oils until Dermazen figures out pricing and nozzle issues.
