Formed Cinnamon Bread and Almond Loaf Pan, 4 Cup, Golden Hour

This Nordic Ware cinnamon bread pan is the perfect size and of excellent quality. The bread comes out easily and maintains its beautiful shape without any flop. It also cleans up easily, making it a joy to use. I use a bundt cake recipe, but instead of using a traditional bundt pan, I divide the recipe into two and use two of these pans. I freeze one, so I have enough for later without any waste.

This Nordic Ware Scandinavian cake pan replaced my old tinned pan, and it's so much better and safer. Rust was starting to show up on my old pan. My new pan was tested right away, and it's perfect. There is no problem with the weight of the pan; it's not lightweight. I buttered and floured the pan, sprinkled a row of sliced almonds down the center, poured in the batter, and it was pretty and delicious. Very nice with raspberries and whipped cream. So easy, and very impressive. I've been making this cake for years, and it always gets rave reviews. So easy, anyone can do it. I love Nordic Ware, and their customer service is the best!

I used this special pan for making Almond Cake for Christmas! Everyone liked the almond cake. Note to be sure to grease and flour pan generously before, as I had problems with cake sticking to pan.

Not as heavy duty as I was hoping for.

Love this makes the cakes look 10 times better! Super easy to use cake dosen't stick to it. The cake bakes evenly, good size not tho big not to small. It dosen't flip over, feels like it will last a long time. So worth it makes me look like a pro cook, I just love it I highly recommed it.

I usually like Nordic bakeware. I tried to bake a cake in this - it tipped over in the oven and made a huge mess. I baked the remaining batter to continue testing the pan and it ended up sticking to the pan. Would not purchase again.

This pan is what the recipe for the Scandinavian almond cake calls for and it worked out perfectly. It will be great for other cakes as well. It’s exactly what I was looking for and the cost is reasonable.
