This is the best Italian cheese for grating over almost everything. Sharp and tasty. You just can't find this in Florida and the last place I found it was New York in a little Italian specialty store. Thank you for giving me the chance to bring my NY cheese to me down south!! It may seem overpriced to those who just want cheese for the Macaroni but I could eat it by the chunk. My little granddaughter loves it and we all do too.

Absolutely the best! I handle it with respect for its quality. I shred the two pound block when I receive it and store it in the freezer in quart and pint sized reusable containers moving one to the refrigerator when the previous is gone. I love using unadulterated cheese that will mold if not handled carefully. No chemicals to harm my body. And the flavor of this cheese is, of course, impeccable! I am a very fussy and gifted cook of Sicilian extraction.

This is my first experience with a $30 hunk of cheese. Guess I'm just a pleab. Don't think I'll do it again.
