Love Revlon nail files. They work great on any length of nails and last forever.A staple in my nail kit for years!

I've had a few of the Revlon files over the years. The second time I ordered they had changed the material that was on the file face. It appears that they have now returned to the orginal material, crushed diamonds, I presume.While they work great on nails (I file my nails often) I have them mainly for an alternate purpose: Guitar and bass brass or stainless steel fret ends. Often guitars and basses have sharp edges of the frets sticking out from the fingerboard which need to be rounded off and made flush. While these files only do one fret at a time, they offer an opportunity to completely round off the fret ends as well as make them flush. It takes patience to do, but the end result makes the feel silky smooth. I've found other tasks here and there that need a thin flat file to do them and these files work great on those things too.I've now got three of them. One on my night stand and two in my small tool bin.

Very pleased with this nail file. It has a rough and a softer side for your nails. You can't go wrong with a Revlon product; from my experience they are always high quality. The reason I gave four stars instead of five is that it does not come with a case, which would make it perfect. It is small enough to keep in my bag, but a case would protect the bag from the pointed end.

I should have read the reviews! The description of the product has changed from the time I ordered. The original description was for multiple files - only one file was shipped ! The indication of the cost /count STILL indicates multiple files for the price I paid - which was MUCH higher than at my local stores, so that reinforces the belief that multiple items would be included. This price for ONE small nail file is ABSURD !

Hard to find in the stores. This is a replacement. The quality is best with this brand.

I have one of these files in every bathroom, my cosmetic bag and a kitchen drawer. I hate when a nail is uneven or you crack a tip - which happens frequently in the cold weather. Oddly I have been unable to find these in drug stores so I am super happy they are available on Amazon at a very reasonable price.
