Very functional and easy to use!
These are the best! Gets a great workout in and you’re able to do it while watching tv, read, etc. Setting up and putting away if so easy.

Easy to assemble, simple, clever, quiet, and does exactly what I bought it for. As long as I use this daily, I am sure it will have a positive effect. The included "exercise band" at first baffled me baffle me because there are no instructions for it included. BUT, I figured out that the band provides a very useful and effective exercise for the OPPOSING muscles that the pelvic exerciser strengthens. Definitely a 5 star product. Would buy again.
