It's our first record player, but we're loving it. Easy to setup and great sound quality for the price with old and new vinyls.

Can't use it as doesn't come with a UK plug!!!! I di order the UK version. Dibni good without it and it was a gift for my husband. Useless

Record player is great for a first-time user. However it comes with a US plug which is a pain - you will need to purchase a UK plug separately.

Was sent this device with an incorrect plug that was not compatible with UK use. Had to pay £14 for return delivery for an item that was not even usable. This seller needs to ensure the products they provide are suitable for the country of destination for their buyers.

I am extremely frustrated with the record player I purchased. It worked fine for one week before the needle broke. I thought, “Okay, these things happen,” so I ordered three replacement needles. None of them work! This is unacceptable for a product that should have basic quality and longevity. What’s worse is that there seems to be no solution in sight, I’m trying to see whom I should talk with and there’s no contact info!!! Either the player is poorly designed, or the replacement needles are defective. Either way, this has been an incredibly disappointing experience, and it’s clear that the quality control is lacking. I expect you to resolve this issue immediately—either fix this or refund my money. I didn’t pay to have a faulty product and waste my time on replacements that don’t work.

The tonearm feels a bit light, and I’ve noticed a couple of small playback inconsistencies, but nothing major that ruins the experience. I haven’t noticed any skips either. Overall, this is a great starter turntable. If you’re just getting into vinyl and want something affordable, easy to use, and feature-packed, the Eastwood II is a solid pick. I’m happy with it and would recommend it to other beginners.

Quality is good and start up is easy, just plug it in! Love the wood and cloth details and sound quality is good too. Only complaint is the way the plastic cover is in the back of the record player can make it difficult to place a record down without hitting the top cover. You have to slide the record down at an angle to not hit it. Once you realize this it’s easy to adjust placing your records down but without thinking I’ve accidentally bumped my record against the top plastic cover a few times.
