I can't be without this supplement! I have severe fibromyalgia and taking this blend with other nutritional supplements almost stops my flare ups. Definitely helps with day to day pain as well. Several of the amino acids in this blend are researched to be lower in fibromyalgia patients, which is why I started taking it in the first place.
