Easy to work the netted heating wires and the installations as well it took some reading as far as the thermostat but it works great. super Happy

This company has impressed me. They made my situation right, they communicated with me quickly and timely and they communicated with me in a way that showed that they truly valued me as a customer. I will do nore business with them in the future. Original Post: No manuals online, no installation video, no response from product manufacturer. Included 1 sheet thermostat instruction requires magnifying glass and does not answer basic questions like how to wire more than one mat. Spent all morning looking online and everywhere for information. If I could send back I would but by the time I got around to installing it I was out of return window. They got me. The heated floor mats are installed which they are fine. The thermostats for them don’t work! Theirs no tech support for these products. I’m going to have Amazon return the thermostats. The Wifi tstats don’t connect to Wifi and don’t operate properly! I don’t recommend you buy these heated floors with these thermostats!

I expect to put my house on the market in about 6 months and am trying to upgrade things that I can do that I hope will have a value-added quality to the house. This was a great way to provide a warm floor in my smaller master bathroom - a decent size, too as I laid it lengthwise to run from right next to the bathtub all the way to the toilet which had a door to close it off from the tub/vanity area. That means the "walkway" area of the bathroom now has a heated floor under a pretty sheet vinyl flooring print (medium gray stone). This heating sheet was easy to install under the flooring and the cost to have an electrician wire it wasn't too bad. When I get settled in my next place, I'll be getting more of this heated flooring mat and adding it to that bathroom - it sure is nice to have warm feet in the bathroom on a cold morning!
