This was recommended by my chiropodist for cracked heels. There is a definite improvement but I haven’t been using it long enough to give it 5 Stars yet.

Works wonders for cracked heels. Helps heal them in a few days and prevent reoccurrence. Spot on. Gritty feel as applying takes some getting used to but used sparingly, it feels O.K. and you don’t notice it once applied.

A little bit goes a long way. So much so that a large tub, for me, just lasted TOO long. Seriously - about 2 years and started to go a bit thick and dry by the time i got near the bottom. So this time i bought the tube. Not such good value but better than having a massive tub hanging about for years! I file my feet lightly and use this cream a couple of times a week, every week of the year, and my feet are as smooth and soft and pink as a baby's :) Feels so lovely and looks good. If i go back to using just a normal body moisturiser on my feet after a while i find i have to file them more to maintain the same softness. Tip: for 'everyday' maintenance use (once your feet are soft), use this half and half with a blob of normal body moisturiser and it will go further and still be very effective. Also you can chose one with a nice smell as Flexitol has no scent.

I wasn’t expecting miracles, but Flexitol Heel Balm honestly impressed me. I’ve had dry, cracked heels for a while, and most creams either don’t do much or only work short-term. This one is different. Within just a few days of using it, I noticed an improvement. The skin felt softer, less rough, and the cracks started healing faster than I expected. The 25% urea content really makes a difference—it exfoliates and moisturizes at the same time without being harsh. The balm itself is thick but not greasy, and it absorbs surprisingly well. I usually apply it at night and throw on some socks, and by morning my feet feel noticeably better. The 75g tube lasts longer than it looks because a little goes a long way. It's also nice to know it’s a medically proven formula, not just another “foot cream” with fancy packaging. If you’ve got rough, dry, or cracked heels and haven’t found anything that truly works, give this a go.

Moisturising, scentless and good quality! It just unfortunately didn’t contain enough urea to treat the issue i was experiencing. That’s not down to the product though, just wasn’t strong enough to treat my problem. Overall, happy with my purchase :)

Innerhalb einiger Tage schöne weiche Fersen. Mann/Frau muss ich bewusst sein, dass es bei Rissen oder anderen offenen Stellen erstmal ein wenig brennt - ist ja Urea - und tut somit was es soll
