I wasn’t expecting miracles, but Flexitol Heel Balm honestly impressed me. I’ve had dry, cracked heels for a while, and most creams either don’t do much or only work short-term. This one is different. Within just a few days of using it, I noticed an improvement. The skin felt softer, less rough, and the cracks started healing faster than I expected. The 25% urea content really makes a difference—it exfoliates and moisturizes at the same time without being harsh. The balm itself is thick but not greasy, and it absorbs surprisingly well. I usually apply it at night and throw on some socks, and by morning my feet feel noticeably better. The 75g tube lasts longer than it looks because a little goes a long way. It's also nice to know it’s a medically proven formula, not just another “foot cream” with fancy packaging. The 25% urea in this product is wonderful stuff, tip from my podiatrist, apply cream at night and put on a damp sock, the dampness helps the cream to absorb into the skin. Huge improvement to my heels in only one week.

My favourite treatment for cracked heels. Only a small amount of cream is needed and it absorbs easily.

Moisturising, scentless and good quality! It just unfortunately didn’t contain enough urea to treat the issue i was experiencing. That’s not down to the product though, just wasn’t strong enough to treat my problem. Overall, happy with my purchase :)

Innerhalb einiger Tage schöne weiche Fersen. Mann/Frau muss ich bewusst sein, dass es bei Rissen oder anderen offenen Stellen erstmal ein wenig brennt - ist ja Urea - und tut somit was es soll
