Due to the raving reviews, I had to try this. In just 5 days, I saw a remarkable difference in my 77 year old dry skin! I am horrible about doing a daily skin routine, except for my face. My hands and arms actually looks like I am not mummified! Lol! Age has left my skin dry and peeling and easy to break and bleed at the slightest bump on something or dog claw! These vitamins are truly working 💪!! Directions state 2 to 4 per day. I have been taking 2. Totally amazing! Yes! Actually can see the difference in 5 days!!! I will continue to order! UPDATE 12/4/2024 I am not saying this will do this for you, but I have always had high cholesterol, I get blood work quarter ly. My cholesterol dropped by 40 points! From 286 to 246, which is still high, I was shocked as this is the only supplement that I can attribute it too. I have even tried cholesterol specific supplements, which only brought it down 1 point. This Seabuck thorn oil blend Omega 7 is even more amazing than I originally posted.
