Absolutely LOVE this ball and it has released so much tightness in my lower back/hip area. It is very tender when you start using it but that lessens as the tissue starts to release. I will take this on holiday with me!!

Der Ball hat genau die richtige softe Härte, Oberfläche und Größe, um ganzkörperlich überall am Körper selber Schmerzpunkte im Fasziensystem zu lösen. Habe ihn daheim für mich und in der Praxis angewendet, um Klienten Übungen am Ball zur Selbstfürsorge zu zeigen. Kam immer gut an als Werkzeug.
