I agree with other reviewer that it does not state anywhere in the details before purchase that it contains mustard & sesame!! I was wondering why I no longer enjoy my breakfast and was left with a nasty aftertaste so I checked the packet to see if there was a reason for the change in taste. No wonder it tastes foul & leaves a burning sensation in my mouth! I buy this purely for the necessary added fibre in my diet, it takes a while to get used to eating it in its pure form & certainly doesn’t warrant this (inexplicably!) added ingredient. I suggest Amazon either remove it or make sure that these added ingredients are highlighted in the ingredients list. How this can be a ‘best seller’ is questionable at best & fraud at worst. Extremely annoyed I now have to plough through a 1000g of this, it has ruined my breakfast. Can’t express my anger enough.

Product arrived with a disclaimer that it also contains mustard and sesame seeds which was not mentioned in the order information. The product didn’t taste right either like the many other brands I have purchased on Amazon. I tried to return the item but it refused stating it was not eligible for return. So I’m not happy losing my money on this product.

Premesso che il gusto è allucinante (ma non è colpa del produttore, è proprio il suo gusto naturale), devo dire che il prodotto è eccellente e costa davvero poco. Con un dosaggio di 3-5g al giorno durerà quasi un anno! L'ho preso per verificare se riduce davvero il colesterolo, ma questo lo saprò tra qualche mese. Ma quello che è davvero sorprendente e l'effetto positivo sull'intestino (all'inizio può dare fastidio, anche molto, ci si deve abituare per gradi, magari spendendo e riprendendo). Adesso, dopo 1 mese di utilizzo quotidiano ho una digestione nettamente migliore e regolarissima! Per evitare il saporaccio lo assumo nel latte o nei succhi di frutta, quando possibile. Altrimenti pazienza.

Tried this brand for the first time, good product, consistent grind, good quality and flavor, great value and large size so I don't have to order it so often. 2TBS of this stuff in 16oz of water each morning and I'll have a squeaky clean colon for decades, which means I'll just die from some other cause! C'est la vie!
