Great product

The volume is very loud. You can turn off the voice in settings, but if you don't have batteries it resets when you unplug it. Same for the date and time and your logged readings. If you want to save the settings get some batteries or leave it plugged in. I use my phone charger to power it, so I can't just leave it plugged in. I put a piece of tape over the speaker and that muted the volume significantly. The voice is very judgemental, and then encouraging, lol. She says the numbers and then this: "Results are, your blood pressure is high. Wish you a good health". I laugh a little each time, I wish me a good health too voice lady. But the readings are accurate and it's very easy to use. Numbers are large and easy to read, and stay on the screen so I can get my reading logged in my tracking app. Pulse reading matches my Garmin watch. I can feel when my BP is higher, and when I take it with this gadget the reading is higher than my normal high.

This blood pressure machine is excellent for home use! It’s very easy to set up and operate, even for beginners. The digital display is clear and easy to read, showing both systolic and diastolic readings along with pulse rate in seconds.

So far so good. You don't need batteries to store your past readings either. It works and seems to be accurate. Great deal.
