Update on a previous review of Biotin Capsules. Since writing comments on Biotin and saing I had a problem with Diarrhea and had to quit. I started this on March 21 2025. Because I have a low thyroid my doctor told me to continue with these Capsuls. I had found them just going over Amzaon mostly because they deliver and I am a Senior Citizen who needs things delivered. Just 3 or 4 days ago Icould feel thicker hair already. Mostly in the back and on the sides that are ususally very thin areas. It is in front and covers my ears. With my first comment of this type I got an email from the manufacturers of these capsuls offering to give me a full refund. By then I could feel my hair was changing. I did use a briotin shampoo and conditioner also found on Amazaon. . I've never believed the companies that say they can grow hair.....I'm so happy to have my hair again. A doctor had told me once when I was losing my hair...."There isn't a woman alive that doesn't fear losing her hair. It feels so great.

I used a different brand for at least a year and couldn't tell a difference in my shedding, thinning, breaking hair. I ordered this brand (by mistake because the packaging and label colors are very similar) and I'm glad I did! Noticeable difference right away. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I changed hair products shortly after I switched the supplement brand, so not sure if it's one or the other, or both stopping the shedding completely and helping fill in what I'd lost.
