Indigo Herbs Estonian Chaga Tincture 100ml

As with the other Indigo Herbs products I have tried, this seems to be a good product. Well packaged, nicely presented and high quality.I thought I would try a Chaga mushroom supplement as I had great success with a "Reishi Shiitake and Maitake" mushroom supplement for Chronic Fatigue. Adding the Chaga did not seem to make a huge difference on top, (though if I had taken it with success before the the other supplement, the reviews could possibly be reversed). Anyhow I am a fan of medicinal mushrooms now and I may try Chaga again in the future; maybe the tea instead. The other mushroom supplement has just become my regular for the time being.----------------For anyone interested, other things that helped with Chronic Fatigue and improving energy:-CoQ10 (50-100mg)-B12 (500 micrograms)-Vitamin C (particularly Lipolife Liposomal C)-Iodine (kelp or Detoxadine)-Magnesium (Dr`s Best)-Ionic trace minerals

Well, this mushroom is known as the "King" or "Diamond" of the mushrooms, due to its powerful antioxidant properties. I am trying to utilise natural products to keep my body healthy and to reduce the level of free radicals floating around in my body. There are too many toxins in the air, food and water supply, so anything natural which can remove them gets on my shopping list.Love that this is liquid so I simply add some each morning to my coffee along with my Lion's Mane to ensure my system is in tip-top condition. Chaga is anti-viral, anti-aging and is an adaptogen (which means it helps to stabilizes the adrenal system of the body in the event of extremes of temperature, infection, stress and more).I do not even taste it in my coffee, and it seems to silently work away in the background. I must say that I feel healthier for taking it and will continue with it as a part of my regime!!!

I find chage turns my sleepy brain on in the morning. Indigo Herbs has high quality tinctures that absorb well in the body. I take their black cohosh and dong quai.... :) best in class customer service :)!
