This was a lifesaver after surgery. It is extremely sturdy. The flip up seat makes it easy to clean. It your tub/shower is right next to your toilet it is even handy to use the grab bar to steady yourself getting in and out of the shower. So glad I picked this one.

Very functional. Fit well over toilet. Easy to clean. Lightweight. The only problem I would see is, once it is in, it would be hard to move in and out if you wanted to do so. It was in one of our bathrooms and stayed there. My husband broke his hip. It worked great. Hand rails were easy to use and help him to get up and down. Great purchase.

I’m not a review writer, but I feel compelled to rate this raised toilet seat. It’s a game changer! The up and down adjustment along with the left and right adjustments makes it a perfect fit. And it fits nicely over the toilet. The padded seat makes it nice n comphy. MOST IMPORTANTLY…This supports up to 300 pounds. I’m nowhere near 300 pounds but I wanted to feel supported so that why I originally bought this. When I realized how sturdy it is, I knew I wouldn’t need any help getting on and off the toilet! And…I haven’t missed the target! So if you are in need of this type of toilet, this is the one I fully recommend!

I purchased this raised toilet seat for my elderly father. It’s improved his quality of life and made getting up from the toilet easier. The feet are rubberized and grip the ground well so it stays in place. There are lightly padded armrests which make lifting yourself up more comfortable. The padded seat is made of a vinyl-like material and makes it easy to clean, but I wonder how durable it will be before the material starts cracking. I encountered some difficulty attaching the support bars to the legs. There’s a screw you have to screw in to attach the bars and one side was SO hard to fully screw in. The rest of the assembly was very straightforward. Overall, I think this raised toilet seat works well for any elderly person in your life. I applied a coupon making my total $60, which is average priced for other raised toilet seats.

First of all, I am 6'3" tall and about 275 pounds, and this fits me and my wife, who is on the smaller/shorter side and very petite perfectly, so this will work for just about anyone. This is the only Adjustable Toilet Seat Riser I found that isn't junk or impossible to sit on, let alone take a #2 on. If you are a guy, this is the only seat that has enough room towards the front between your legs to put your manhood down and point into the toilet bowl, so you can pee inside the toilet bowl while seated instead of peeing on the wall in front of you. The seat is wide enough to fit anyone with a very nice and comfortable seat cushion. The arm supports spread to whatever width is needed and is very supportive. I would recommend this one to anyone. Also, remember that many of these sold on Amazon do not allow returns, so make sure you get it right the first time.

It does what it needs to. I wish it would narrow by one more notch. This is in my powder room for my mom and it knocks against the wall on the most narrow notch. I also don’t care for the plastic seat as much because it always seems dirty and unsanitary. The chair is sturdy

This item is supposed to be rated for 500lbs. The weld on one side of the front is buckling and bending the leg in, making it unsafe to use. It was set in the tub only for photo purposes. I do NOT recommend this item for anyone over 200lbs. We did not even begin to use it until a couple of days ago since my husband had a total knee replacement and was supposed to use a raised commode, even though it was purchased in early November.

Bought this for a family member after reading all the reviews. Unlike some, I had no problem. All parts were included. Instructions were good and it was easy to put together and adjust to the proper height. It is sturdy and the user appreciates the security it provides. Don't know if it would be good for a very heavy person. User weighs 165 lbs. There are no wobbles or concerns about the use of this product. The price was very low compared to other sellers on Amazon. We are satisfied and would recommend it.
